Ailerons completed

Here is a shot of the right aileron in the jig that was built to hold it in place while the spar rivets were set. You can see the trailing edge and end ribs are not closed up in order to be able to reach inside with the bucking bar.

Both ailerons are completed and attached. I used the correct hardware but haven't torqued it down since they will need to be removed later. The movement is very smooth, thanks to the bearings. Once the pushrods are assembled and attached, the ailerons will set at a more normal angle.
